Backstory
One of the most debated subjects is the origin of coffee. The earliest credible evidence of coffee-drinking goes back to the 15th century in Yemen. Coffee was used to increase concentration and in the 17th century, it later sparked a social revolution. Since then coffee drinking has remained the same.
The coffee cherries are picked, roasted and brewed. While we cannot speak for the coffee of the early centuries, we will let our Matari coffee speaks for itself.
